New Medical Recommendations.

Recommendations change as new data emerges. Here are some of the new recommendations made over the last year which doctors should consider and patients may want to note.

Nice post. Changing some beliefs like low dose Aspirin is hard to change.

I can not comment on specific cases without examining patients, but I can say in general that if poor posture and sitting at the computer are the causes of the curve in the spine, then there are some exercises which may help. There is a yoga exercise link at the end of my post on ergonomics which reviews these exercises.

You are so right. I would like to emphasize though that this relates to healthy people who take Aspirin and not to those with risk factors such as high blood pressure, etc.
