Helping You Eat Your Fruits and Veggies

Healthy People 2010 objectives include increasing the number of people who are eating fruits and vegetables since there is significant evidence that proper nutrition may help decrease the risk of certain cancers and cardiovascular disease. As part of this campaign, here are a few good websites that hopefully will encourage you to eat more fruits and vegetables. They have lots of good tips and recipes, and help determine the amount of fruits and vegetables that is recommended for any age, sex, and physical activity level.
